Shotgun Highway

ROCK & BLUES
OUTLAW COUNTRY BAND

Garrick Alden – Guitar – Vocals

As a songwriter/producer working out of our private studio, Casey Barile and I have written and recorded hundreds of songs for ourselves and other songwriters. I have played with numerous local bands. For the past seven years. I have played with The Hung Jury Band, based out of Delaware.

I have also played with Stella Parton, Dan Akroyd, and Ronnie Dove.  Curb Records had me play on Cactus Choir’s, “Step Right Up” recording. For three years I played with The Grand Ole Opry group, The Four Guys, backing all the stars in Nashville.

Casey Barile – Bass Guitar

Mostly I have been writing, recording, and producing in the studio. I have co-written with Garrick Alden for many years. Together we’ve written and recorded hundreds of songs. I have co-written with Tommy Barnes, who wrote Tim McGraw’s first hit, “Indian Outlaw” and song writer Vince Santoro, who played with the Cash Family, and many other legends as Willie Nelson. I am currently co-writing with legendary songwriter Bobby Fischer out of Nashville. Bobby wrote Reba McEntire’s # 1 hit “You Lie” and over 700 other songs cut by Nashville’s finest. Garrick and I decided to form a band that we named “Shotgun Highway” and have been together since 2017. As a cover band we formed a style that has gelled into what has become an original group and are setting ready to release our first album that has song’s written by Casey, Garrick, Bobby Fischer and Tommy Barnes.

Andy Hamburger- Drummer

I have been in the DMV area playing with all the local great talents that this area has
spawned for over 30 years. I’ve toured all over the USA, Europe and Canada with many
national and international acts.

Stephen Stark- Vocalist

I cut my teeth on Bluegrass with the Cook Family out of Culpepper & Warrenton Va. While playing guitar and backup vocals I felt the need to expand my musical abilities. I then got hooked on Merle Haggard & George Jones. Now being the lead vocalist in Shotgun Highway gives me a new and powerful direction and a chance to stretch my creativity to a new level.
